Please make note of the nights - this time they are in a particular order.

Less than a month to go!!! We still need a third theme night!

Revelers! We're less than a month away from the 14th Annual Sugar Twins Birthday Extravaganza!

Here's what we know:

• We're staying at the Golden Nugget
• We plan to spend Friday at the pool whilst waiting for the rest of the revelers to arrive
• Sunday morning, we're wearing our STBE shirts to champagne brunch at the Paradise Buffet
• Sunday night is Mumu Night
• We need to pick a third theme night, like, yesterday

Questions in need of answers:

• What night will we be doing 80s Wrestling Fans?
• What is our third theme night?
• Where is Biiiiiiiinh going to sleep?
• Where is my giant?

Vegas is making things difficult - a bunch of us are flying in on Thursday night to save some money, but all the cheap hotel rooms (<$30 per night) are charging some ridiculous $20 nightly resort fee!

My suggestion - we hold off on booking until the magical two months before arrival. That's when things get cheaper.

I managed to hold off for a day on booking my return flight and it went down $40. Patience will probably pay off in terms of booking rooms, too. Unless you're of the "why pay less when you can pay more?" mindset.

We still need to get our theme nights nailed down, and as soon as that's done, I'll update the blog and the website with information.

Bay Area STBE Committee has booked flights

Have you figured out how you're getting to Vegas for STBE 2014?

We'll all be arriving between 9:30 and 10pm on Thursday night to avoid the expensive Friday flights, and we'll be skipping town at about 3:30 on Monday afternoon.

STBE RSVPs have reached 13, still no word on the giant - BRING ME MY GIANT!!!

STBE 2014 is September 26-29, 2014 (Friday-Monday).

Now it's time to argue about theme nights.

Due to some scheduling conflicts for some people and an unusually long hiring process for a job I'm in the running for, we're having a hard time nailing down dates. It's either going to be really early or really late this year. I'm personally leaning toward late so people can have more time to plan.
